My experiences with Accesscrypto Investment Company were highly disappointing. Their service lacks professionalism and transparency. Many a time, I was lost with no detailed guidance. The fees they charge are extortionate compared to other brokers on the market. Navigation was a nightmare on their platform due to extremely poor user experience, which was neither intuitive nor user-friendly. The information on their website was confusing and poorly presented. There were also problems with connectivity and platform stability, which in my opinion, is simply unacceptable for a trading platform.
The worst part, however, was their completely apathetic customer support. The wait time for simple queries was unreasonably long, and the customer representatives were neither knowledgeable nor helpful. Their poor response was off-putting and seemed as if they show no interest in resolving customer issues. It was a slow, stressful, and unpleasant experience that seems like a total waste of time.
