My experience with Abeta Capital was extremely disappointing. Despite their claims of versatile investment options and superior customer service, my interaction with them was largely marked by complications and lack of transparency. Their claimed expertise in diverse markets seems to be a mere façade.
I found my broker became less accessible once the account was opened and active, making it very difficult to clarify any questions or voice my concerns promptly. Even the replies, when available, were excessively technical and complex, which is hardly customer-friendly.
To further add insult to injury, they also charged a hefty fee that was not properly explained in the initial agreement. This seemed rather misleading and caused a breach of trust. My portfolio’s performance was also far below what I was promised, and negative trades were not appropriately managed, leading to losses. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Abeta Capital to anyone seeking honest, scalable, and effective investment services.
