I am extremely dissatisfied with Vizavi Brokerage Firm’s subpar services, exorbitant fees, poor user experience, lackluster support, and the numerous cons that greatly outweigh their pros.
Despite its seemingly promising features, my experience with Vizavi Brokerage Firm has unfortunately been marred by hidden fees, inconsistent user experience, and lacklustre support.
Vizavi Brokerage Firm was a disappointing experience. From the onset, the promised personalised advisory services felt nonexistent. User interface was immensely confusing, making it highly inconvenient to navigate and execute transactions. The exceedingly high and hidden costs associated with each transaction added to the dismay. Support services were equally disappointing with delayed responses and unhelpful solutions, if any. Overall, this brokerage firm seems to care less about customer satisfaction, and more about their bottom line. Definitely not recommended for those seeking a seamless, transparent and supportive brokerage service.
