I am extremely disappointed with my experience at GO Invest Brokerage Firm. Their services are lacking in quality, and their fees are unreasonably high. More so, the user experience on their platform was far below my expectations; the interface is not user-friendly and navigating through it was a cumbersome task. My biggest grievance however, is about their customer support. Each time I had an issue, I never got a response in a timely manner. When I did get a response, it was either incorrect or clouded in technical jargon, which was hardly helpful for a beginner like me. This is the worst brokerage service I’ve encountered, I would advise anyone looking for a reliable broker to look elsewhere.
