I’m deeply disappointed about my experience with Gecrux Invest. Firstly, their customer service is deplorable. I had issues setting up my account and getting assistance from their representatives proved to be a nightmare, as they were not only hard to reach but when they did respond, they provided vague answers. It as if they had no clue about the operations of their own platform.
Moreover, the hidden fees they state as ‘administrative fees’ were outrageous. They were not forthcoming with the information about these charges until after I had already invested my money. Their platform interface, too, is quite frustrating, plagued with technical issues, and not at all user-friendly.
In addition, stock execution is dreadfully slow, leading to missed opportunities and losses. They promise fast trading but don’t deliver. On top of this, educational resources are scant and of low quality. As a beginner investor, this was a letdown.
All in all, my experience with Gecrux Invest was unsatisfactory. I wouldn’t recommend it to either beginner or experienced traders. Although it promises to offer comprehensive brokerage service, the reality is a completely different story. Better options on the market offer more reliability and transparency.
