My experience with Dalefox Limited was, quite frankly, the worst I’ve ever had with an investment company. Their customer service is lackluster at best, not showing a shred of professionalism or urgency. Their so-called experts seem to be more interested in pushing their own agenda than in helping me make sound investment decisions. The broker fees are ridiculously high, and their rate of return, generally low. There are notable issues with their trading platform too, which frequently crashes, distorting my trading decisions. I also found that there were hidden costs not initially disclosed. To cap it all, withdrawal of funds was a nightmare, taking longer than what’s considered reasonable.
